I want to purchase an items that's sold out. What can I do?

Click on the item you would like to purchase. If the item is sold out a notification will pop up. Click on "notify me when available" and enter your email address. When the item is back in stock you will be notified via email.

I want to edit or cancel my order? How can I do this?

Orders can only be canceled or edited if they are not in processing. Most orders are in processing within 4 hours of purchase. Please reach out to customer service at stage.mynest@yahoo.com to see if your order can still be edited or canceled. 

I want to purchase Handmade Decorative Books but I don’t see the colors/wording/style I want .

If you don’t see your desired style. Please add a detailed description (in the note to seller section) during checkout, specifying how you'd like to personalize/customize your handmade decor.

How long does it take for my custom/personalized/handmade order to ship/be delivered?

As of 10/01/20 due to heavy order volume please allow 7-10 business days for full completion of order. All packages are delivered by USPS or Fedex. Tracking information will be sent via email or text. 

Are the Handmade Decorative Books blank inside? 

No, Currently our decorative books aren’t blank inside.

When will my Larger Furniture Items be Delivered?

All of our larger furniture items such as Beds, Sofas, Dressers, Dining Tables etc will ship directly from our vendor. Normal delivery timeframes are estimated between 1-2 weeks.

Due to the nationwide shipping delays the furniture industry has been experiencing, some larger items may experience longer than usual shipping/delivery timeframe. We currently ask that customers Please allow 2-8 weeks for delivery. You will be notified of any unexpected delays or backordered items.

Do you price match?

Unfortunately, at this time Stage My Nest Furniture & Home Décor does not offer a price match option. Our affordable pricing is already competitive and appropriately ticketed for our furniture industry market. 

Does your company offer Financing Options?

Yes, we offer 4 Financing options. Get Now, Pay later with our financing partners Acima, Affirm, AfterPay & Snap.

Where do you get your Furniture?

Our Furniture & Home Decor products & inventory are solely and primarily sourced through our various trusted vendors.

Is there more than one STAGE MY NEST?

No, there is only one Stage My Nest which is located in Northwest Houston
